By downloading or using this app (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
Some features of the App may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Before confirming a purchase, you will see the subscription price, duration, and renewal terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all content, graphics, and code, are owned by the Developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
